Andrea Nicole Sons
1989 - 2023

Andrea Nicole Sons, beloved mother, daughter, sister, granddaughter, aunt, niece, friend has made her final crossing into eternal life on the morning of August 13th, 2023 in Clovis, California at her home she shared with her son Karson Young. Andrea was battling cancer for the last 9 months. Andrea had many family and friends that loved her and helped her during these last months. That love and support is appreciated beyond what words can express.

Andrea was born on October 8, 1989 in Clovis, California to parents Shawn & Steve. Andrea is survived by her son Karson, her dad Steve, step mom Karen and 5 siblings in order from oldest to youngest Sara, Jeremy, Johanna, Cheyenne and Michael and grandmother Beatrice Sons.

Andrea was full of life and adventure and to know her was to know life and adventure. Andrea from a very young age throughout her life and into motherhood she loved the outdoors. She loved going places and experiencing all life has to offer. Andrea loved riding horses with her son, her dad and family. Andrea also loved a good bingo night or going to the local casinos.

Andrea and her son Karson moved to Wyoming to live with her grandma Lois for several years where she got to know the entire town of Rawlings. Andrea moved back to California a few years ago and lived with her mother and son. Andrea had experienced the loss of her mother in April of 2022. Andrea was focused on her love for her son, Karson after losing her mother.

Karson, Andrea's son has always been such a light of love for Andrea and gave her so much strength to fight what she was diagnosed with in November 2022. Andrea was a fighter and gave everything she had to fight this horrible disease. She was surrounded by love and peace in her final moments.

"My precious child, I love you and I will never leave you, never, ever, during your trials and testings. When you saw only one set of footprints, it was then that I carried you."

There will be a celebration of life for Andrea Nicole Sons on
Friday August 25th, 2023 at 10am - 12pm at
Yost & Webb Funeral Home
