Angela Vasquez Perez

Angela Vasquez Perez, 53, of Fresno, California passed away on August 19th at her son's home surrounded by family. She was born in Fowler in 1970 to loving parents Lucy Vasquez and Gilbert Perez Sr. However she spent most of her life in the Fresno area.

Angela attended Fresno High before making a career as a driver for FAX Handiride. She worked there for many years before her life took a different direction. Although Angela faced many challenges in her life, she was always fiercely independent and unapologetically herself. Qualities those who knew her, admired and loved about her.

Those who loved her most are her children Alexis Perez, Aaron Perez Sr. and Angelina Perez. All of whom share a deep bond and love for their mother.

Angela was also blessed to be a grandmother to Aaron Perez Jr. and Alijah Perez. Both grandsons were fortunate to have spent some time with her in their home before her passing. She was also deeply loved by her longtime partner and co-parent Deanna Mendoza.

Angela will always be remembered as the life of the party. We will miss her every day. We know many people including her siblings, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews impacted her life just as much as she did theirs, and Angela's memory will live on in the hearts of all those who loved her.
