Anthony was born on December 06, 1954 in Fresno, CA to the late Joe Garcia and Rosemary Sanchez.  The Lord called Anthony Sanchez home on 08/09/2021 at the age of 66. He was the widower to Marilyn Kay Castro-Sanchez in which they shared 28 years of marriage here on earth together. We are pleased to know they are reunited once again together with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Anthony better known as Tony was a handy guy and worked in the Maintenance Management field for the last 10 years. He was a man of few words and often seen behind his dark sun glasses. Tony was always there to help if you needed it. He had various duties he attended too over the years with this home Church, North Fresno Assembly Of God. If you ever needed help with a side job, mowing the lawn, moving your house, or even fixing a fence Tony was there to help. One of his biggest jobs was being the loving husband and caregiver to his wife Marilyn. Anthony and Marilyn were inseparable. They both loved the Lord, loved their children and grandchildren and were able to shared many memories here on earth together.

He is survived by his 3 step children and spouses, Laura Saldana, Danny Castro and wife Laura, Heather Smith and husband Jase, his 4 grandchildren, Jason Escobedo, Sierra Smith, Hudson Smith, Mallory Smith, his great grandson Daylan Underwood, his brother Joe Sanchez and the many nieces and nephews he had.

He is predeceased in death by his loving wife Marilyn Kay Castro-Sanchez, his beloved step son Jason Castro. Both his parents Joe Garcia and Rosemary Sanchez,  his dear sister Joanne Robles and his 3 brothers, Mark Sanchez, Mathew Sanchez and Steve Sanchez.

The memorial service will be held at 11am on Saturday, September 4, 2021 at North Fresno Assembly of God - 2707 W. Dakota Ave, Fresno, CA 93726. With a repast/luncheon following the service.
