Billy embraced the arms of God on September 9, 2024.

Billy was born in Jal, NM to the late Fred and Lucille Green on April 10, 1939.

Billy attended Central High School in Fresno, CA. After high school he joined the United States Air Force and was stationed in Madrid, Spain.

After a year in Spain, he returned home to marry his high school sweetheart Loretta and they returned to Spain to finish out his deployment.

They returned to Fresno where Billy started his career at PG&E. They also started their family, and had three beautiful daughters Roxanna, Leeanna and Claudette.

Billy enjoyed building race car engines as well as racing cars. Additionally, Billy also built hot rods and showed his work at car shows. Billy and Loretta were members of the Royal Shifters car club, and were currently members of the Loose Wires car club. Billy also loved going out to eat with friends.

Billy is proceeded in death by the love of his life, Loretta and his daughter Roxanna.

Billy is survived by his two daughters Leeanna Morris (husband Joseph) and Claudette Lacky (husband Michael). Four grandchildren Michael Mustaciola (wife Tammy), Autumn Tollison (husband Matt), Jason Pearce (wife Amber) and Ashlie Cornuaud (husband Beau). He has 4 great grandchildren.
