Billy Dwayne Shipley passed away peacefully on April 20, 2024, at the age of 57 years old. He was surrounded by his family at his time of passing.

Billy was born in Fresno, California, and remained in the area for his entire life. He was married to Jeannie Shipley on April 28, 1990. They were married for almost 34 years. Billy was a loving husband, father, and son. He also had a strong passion for anything horse-related and was always working on his ranch in his free time. Billy is preceded in death by his father, Charles Shipley; and his brother, Chuck Shipley. Billy is survived by his wife, Jeannie Shipley; his son, Austin Shipley; his daughter, Erin Shipley; and his mother, Sue Shipley. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends.

The family would like to thank the doctors, nurses, and caregivers at Heritage Crossing for their hard work, dedication, and compassion.

A private memorial service will be held for the family.
