Carol Ann
Baskin

Carol Ann Baskin
1954 - 2022
Carol Ann Baskin was born September 6, 1954 and went home to be with the Lord on September 15, 2022 with her beloved husband Richard holding her hand and her family by her side. Carol was the youngest of five siblings born to the late Maereen and Jimmie Williams. She was born in Dos Palos and grew up with her family in the nearby small town of Firebaugh. After graduating high school and attending community college, Carol moved to Lompoc where she met her first husband, Ron Centofanti. They moved to Fresno, where they were blessed with their two sons Paul (wife Nicole) and Chad (fiancé Zeni Ramirez). Carol was a hardworking, stable and nurturing presence in her boys' lives. Carol's greatest joy was devoting her life to her family and providing unconditional love to friends and family alike.
Carol married her second husband Richard Baskin, on July 23, 2002, adding three more sons and a daughter from Richard's previous marriage: Bruce Baskin (wife Becky), Brian Baskin, Mark Baskin (wife Wing Sau), and Debbie Baskin. She loved Richard's children as if they were her own. Together they spoiled their 12 grandchildren: Angelina Centofanti, Emma Centofanti, Anthony Centofanti, Emily Baskin, Justin Baskin, Jessie Baskin, Michael Zamora, Christiana Krzyminski (husband John), Ariana Zamora, Le'Ay Zucco, Hopie Valenzuela, and Jasiah Valenzuela.
The simplest pleasures in life brought great joy to Carol. She loved traveling to the coast with her husband Richard and spending time with her children, grandchildren, and her beloved dog Sadie. Carol was warm and giving and was the first person to offer a helping hand and the last to sit at the dinner table. She touched everyone she met, and you couldn't help but smile when you were in her presence. Carol worked as a stockbroker assistant for over 20 years and loved her colleagues dearly. Her love and laughter will live on through her husband, children, grandchildren, and friends.
In addition to her parents, Carol was preceded in death by her sister Mary Lou Clark and her brother John Williams and his wife Margie. She is survived by her husband Richard, their children and grandchildren, brothers Jimmie Williams and his wife Nancy, Charles Williams and his wife Lois, Dennis Williams and his wife Sonia, and her brother-in-law Tim Clark.
