Casey Dean
Johnson
August 24, 1989 – September 30, 2020
Casey Dean Johnson was born in Visalia, CA on August 24, 1989. Casey loved his family with a passion and enjoyed fishing and gardening. He was so many things- kind; caring; wild; a protector; loving, and overly enthusiastic at times, he was always a major presence in a room. He genuinely cared about your life goals and encouraged you to achieve them and had a way of expressing his happiness for you with genuine thrill. He was incredibly artistic, full of so many ideas, and devoted to always striving for bigger things. Casey suffered from addiction for many years, and he tried many times to over come his addictions. He fiercely loved his children and strongly desired to be the best father that he could be, but he ultimately lost the fight. On September 30, 2020 Casey passed away at home. Casey is survived by his three wonderful children (Forrest, Brayden, and Masey); mother(Jammie);stepfather (Herb Curry);sisters (Teri and Ammie);Pops (Rick Gonzalez); Uncle Jeff; life partner/best friend/mother of his children/(Megan Walker);four nephews and a niece; and his many close friends, several of whom were like brothers to him. He was proceeded in death by several loved ones including Glen Johnson; Forest Burke and Eloise Yama, all of whom he is now reunited with in heaven. Let us remember that even though we're all hurting over the loss of our dear loved one, he is no longer suffering as his soul has been set free. " Death is nothing at all, I have only slipped into the next room I am I and you are you whatever were to each other that we are to each other, that we are still"
