No matter what you called him our father Charles Marion Parnell Jr.
"Chuck" to those who knew him the best,
has made his way to be with our lord on
January 7th, 2021.
Charles was born July 27th 1956 to Charles  and Bert Parnell in Chico, California.
Chuck enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren, fishing, camping and just hanging about. He was a knife and sword collector and always had a new piece he loved to show. He also enjoyed Hotrods and Classic American Muscle.
In his later years he enjoyed watching YouTube videos, anime, and reading.
Chuck was preceded in death by his father, Charles Sr. and his mother Bert.
He is survived by his four children,
Joseph (Kim) Garcia, Julee (Heath) Reed, Charles S. Parnell and Linda (Beto) Robledo, his brother John, 8 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
A private memorial was held 1/13/2021.
