Chris Allen Glover

Chris Glover was born December 30th 1956 in Fresno, CA. to Bonnie Faye Burks and Jack Eugene Glover. Chris was a graduate of Fresno High class of 1975. He then pursued a job in the agriculture industry driving heavy equipment shortly after graduating.

For most of his adult life, however he was a highly respected and accomplished paint contractor. After many years of working for other painting companies, Chris decided to take a risk and open his own painting business, Chris Glover Painting & Texturing, in an effort to give his family a better life. Chris was a family man first, and a working man second. Chris took great pride in contributing to the beautification of the Central Valley and getting to know its citizens on a personal level. In his spare time, Chris enjoyed relaxing near the water with a fishing pole in his hand and tranquility on his mind.

Those who knew Chris knew him as a knowledgeable man who was good at working with his hands, and could find the solution to almost any problem.

His hard work ethic was one of his most admirable traits, a trait that he was proud to pass down to his son. While he may not have always outwardly showed it, he loved just as hard as he worked. Underneath his rugged, stoic, exterior was a man who cared deeply about his family.

Chris is survived by his son, Matthew Glover and his sister, Debbie Heflin.

The Glover family will be having a private memorial service at Fresno Memorial Gardens, followed by a reception open to friends and family of Chris located at 7193 N Ivanhoe Ave. 93722 at 1:30pm of May 27th.
