In Loving Memory

Connie Carlos-Salas, 74, of Fresno, California, passed away on January 6, 2024 surrounded by her family after a lengthy battle with cancer. She was born on November 27, 1949, in Fresno, California, to Aurelia and Lorenzo Carlos. Connie was the 3rd to the oldest of 7 sisters and 5 brothers.

Connie grew up in So. East Fresno and attended Sequoia Jr. High school. She worked for many years as a baker for Albertsons grocery store. In her retirement years she loved working around her house and gardening, she is known for having the most manicured lawn in the entire neighborhood in the Tower District, she also had a passion for baking cookies/breads for family/friends.

Connie was a loving mother to her three children, Michelle Aguirre-Floyd, Michael Leyva and Ronnie Beltran, she also adored her grandchildren, Michael Leyva Jr, Jessica Leyva, Christian Cooper, Jada Beltran, Anthony, Jonathon, Niklas, Adrianna, Santos and several great grandchildren including her 4 legged side kick Molly.

Connie's presence and kind heart will be deeply missed. She leaves behind many cherished memories and a legacy of love, compassion and always giving to others. Moreover; she was also the family Editor & Chief of Facebook as many face bookers enjoyed her daily postings of current events and her opinions.

Visitation to pay respects to Connie will be held at Yost & Webb Funeral Home 1002 T. Street Fresno, CA on Friday, January 19th, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.
