Crystal Figueroa passed away suddenly  on Thursday, November 11,2021. She was 21 years old.

Crystal was born and raised in Fresno, CA on July 31, 2000-a whole month early. From the moment she was born she brought joy to all who met her. From very early on Crystal displayed an outgoing and playful spirit, impacting all those around her.

As she got older she maintained her joyful spirit further impacting and drawing others in. Everyone who got to spend time with Crystal, in any capacity, couldn't help but love her. Crystal was independent from the start and oh so caring, helpful, and nurturing. She cared for her siblings and family with a ferocious passion. Her family was everything to her, especially those younger than her.

Crystal may have been small but she had the most enormous heart anyone could have. Crystal complained about her voice and how it sounded but her voice is something we will miss dearly. Most of all we will simply miss her presence, the joyful spirit that radiated from our daughter.

Just as Crystal came into the world early, she left in the exact same fashion. We praise God for her life and look forward to our reunion through Christ Jesus. We will honor her life by remembering and participating in her favorite things: Bad Bunny, hiking, visiting the beach, and chasing butterflies.

Crystal is survived by her parents, Angelica and Jose, and her younger siblings José Luis Jr., Isabella, and Sebastian. A viewing/rosary will be held in her honor on Thursday, December 2nd from 5-7pm at Yost & Webb funeral home 1002 T. St. Fresno, CA 93721. Celebration of life will follow on Friday, December 3rd, 10:30am at St. John's Cathedral 2814 Mariposa St. Fresno, CA 93721.
