Demetrio Leon, also know as Tio Fat Matt
1963 - 2023

Matt passed away on April 26, 2023 at 11:53 pm at a Fresno Nursing center. He was 57 years old.

On that evening of April 26th , Matt was reunited with his "mom and pops" after fighting a long battle of heath problems. Matt was being visited and comforted by loved ones at the time of his passing.

Matt Leon was born in the "Big O" (Oakland, California) to his mama Helena and his pops Luis Leon. Matt was the first to five siblings.

Demetrio Leon was know to his family and loved ones as Matt. Fat Matt was what he was known as by his nieces and nephews.

Matt loved the Raiders, the Warriors and the A's.  He also loved to BBQ and listen to his oldies with his cat Raider smoking it up.

He also was a big family man who loved everyone, had the biggest smile and always doing the get down.

Matt will be missed dearly and forever in our hearts. Fly high my handsome angel!
