Donna Joyce Wegley (Eller) passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 20, 2025. She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 40 years, Norman Wegley, and her youngest child, Brady Moser. She is survived by her children Brent Moser, Mike Moser (Leslie), Michele Thornsberry and her stepchildren Michael Wegley (Lisa), Eric Wegley (Greg) and Kristin Llanos (Bill). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Donna was born in 1943 in Tranquility, California. She was raised in Fresno by her loving parents Don and Anna Joyce Eller and grew up with her three siblings, Dick Eller (Jeanie), Dean Eller (Claudia) and Diana Saam (Erik), whom she remained close to her entire life.

Donna graduated from Bullard High School in 1961. After High School she attended Pepperdine college. While there, she met former husband Rod Moser. She enjoyed vacationing with Norm, whom she married in 1984. Her favorite destination was the Kon Tiki Inn in Pismo Beach, CA.

She loved being surrounded by her children and grandchildren. People who knew Donna would describe her as kind, beautiful, classy, sweet natured, funny and nurturing. She was loved and will be missed by all.
