Eddie sadly passed away at home on Saturday, March 26th, 2022 at the age of 82. He was born in Fresno and grew up in the city of Clovis before enlisting into the U.S. Air Force. Eddie was a proud Air Force Veteran who went on to become a successful entrepreneur dealing in many areas of business. Eddie enjoyed staying active with work and going out daily to spend time with friends. He was a very proud Father, Grandfather, and Great Grandfather. Eddie was loved by his many family members and friends. He will be extremely missed by all.

He is preceded in death by his Mother Jennie Encinas Saroyan, Father Jesus Encinas and his Daughter Teresa Encinas Flores.

He is survived by Frances Encinas, his two children Deborah Velasquez and Stephen Encinas, nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Eddie is also survived by his sisters Margie, Mary, Rose, Carmen, Adeline, and Jessica.

A Graveside Service will be held at Belmont Memorial Park - 201 N Teilman Ave Fresno, CA 93706
