Frank Phillip Placencia was born October 10, 1956 in Fresno, CA to Frank & Connie Placencia and went home on August 27, 2023.

Frank, also known by all who loved & knew him as "Uncle Frankie" was always full of life. Frankie loved playing baseball, football, golf and loved going to the Fresno Fair to play the horse races with his brothers and his parents. He loved life, growing up as the big brother to Steve, Todd & Christina and he always had the best jokes.

Uncle Frankie loved a good "poker party". We held those often at the Placencia's. All night long playing poker with pennies, nickels and dimes. What may seem little to others, for us, it was a family tradition that we continue till this day and it was a lifetime of great laughter and wonderful memories that we will always cherish.

Frank Phillip Placencia is survived by his 2 brothers, Steve Ernie Placencia, Todd Jeffrey Placencia and 1 sister, Christina Placencia Quijano. He is also survived by his daughters, Alexis Tovar & Kimberly Tovar, 2 nephews Bobby & Austin, 2 nieces, Ashli & Elizabeth.

He is preceeded in death by his loving parents, Frank Placencia & Connie Placencia, his nephew Steven Ernie Placencia & his brother in law, Roberto G. Quijano.
