Jess Silva, 84, passed away on December 26, 2018 in Fresno. Our dad, Jess, the youngest of six brothers and sisters, was born in San Jose, CA to Porfiria (Garcia) Silva and Luis Silva. Our dad enjoyed living in Fresno all of his life, loved visiting San Francisco to watch "his" Giants, or visiting Olvera Street and El Mercado de Los Angeles to eat and listen to Mariachi's. Jess is survived by his wife, Evangeline (Leal) Silva; his son Jerry Silva and wife Sandy; his daughter Deborah and wife Christine; his daughter Sandra Silva Garcia and husband Tony Garcia. He is also survived by his grandchildren, the joys of his life, Carmen Garcia, Mason Silva, Gabriel, Sergio and Diego Garcia and numerous nephews, nieces, and cousins. Sadly, our dad was preceded in death by our brother, his loving son, Randy Silva. Family and friends are invited to join in celebrating Jess' life.
