In Loving Memory of LaRee Elaine Freeman

December 14, 1955 - April 13, 2025

LaRee Elaine Freeman, age 69, of Fresno California, passed away on April 13, 2025, at Saint Agnes Hospital with family present.

LaRee was born on December 14, 1955 in Blythe California, to Thomas and Lois Freeman. She grew up with 4 siblings, all brothers. She is survived by her Mother Lois, brothers Ralph, Steve, and Don, and multiple nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her Father, her brother Bob, and two nephews Jimmy Freeman and Wyatt Yuan.

The family shared a deep love for music. LaRee played the piano as her instrument of choice. She became very proficient and also gave lessons to a number of students. LaRee was a faithful member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and was often called upon to play piano for various occasions at church.

LaRee graduated from Hoover High School in Fresno, California, class of 1975. Thereafter, she attended Dixie College where she learned to paint. She used her painting skills to create holiday window art for local business in the Fresno/Clovis area. In 2012 she became licensed as a pharmacy technician. Through much of her adult life she provided housekeeping services to families with whom she developed close and trusted relationships. In recent years she became the primary caretaker for her mother, providing dedicated and invaluable service. Her family and friends will miss her dearly.

A private graveside service will be held at Clovis Cemetery where LaRee will be laid to rest beside her father's grave.
