Born on February 20, 1936, in Saga, Japan

Passed on May 2, 2026, in Fresno, CA.

Survived by Sons: David (Paula) and Michael, 9 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

Preceded in death by her husband, Donald Andrews and daughter, Susan Andrews.

Miki enjoyed being around and serving people. When she met her husband, she was working as a waitress in a small restaurant in Fukuoka, Japan, where they were married. She came to America as a military wife with a little understanding of English, but a big desire to fully become part of her new country.

Miki enjoyed spending time on stage with her friends in a Japanese singing group participating in various competitions. She also enjoyed being with her friends in the Nikkei center in Fresno spending time playing bingo and having their luncheons afterwards.

Miki's devotion and faith in Jesus Christ was unwavering and she enjoyed going to church. She loved her church family and they loved her in return with visits and service to her during her stay in the hospital before her passing.

There will be a Celebration of Life for Miki on Wednesday, June 24th at the Yost & Webb Funeral Home at 10AM.
