Raymond Banda, born in March 1930 passed away December 2024, at the age of 94. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. He was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone who needed it. He loved golfing, dancing, playing cards, and cruises. He always enjoyed sharing a good meal with friends and family.

He was married to the love of his life, Lupe, for over 70 years. Together they had three children and a life full of cherished memories. Raymond and Lupe called Merced County home for over 80 years.

He is survived by his children Raymond (Yolanda) and Silvia (Chris); grandchildren Cindi (Paul), David and Ashley; seven great-grandchildren; sister Annie; along with many nieces, nephews and cousins whom he loved dearly.

He is preceded in death by his mother Andrea, brother Joe, daughter Diane, grandson Raymond III, and his wife Lupe.

Burial will be private and determined at a later date. Celebration of Life will be held by invitation only.
