Riley J. Jones was born in Kiowa, Oklahoma on February 1, 1945 to parents, William Jones and Joyce Harrington Jones. He passed away on August 23, 2015 in Fresno, California. He was an accountant for health care for thirty-four years. He was also a strong Christian and was active in ministry at People's Church. Riley is survived by his wife, Linda Jones of Fresno, CA.; his son, Kevin Jones and his wife Lisa of Clovis, CA.; his daughters, Kimberly Moore and her husband Mike of Clovis, CA.; and Kari Gierke and her husband Reggie of Kingsburg, CA.; his mother, Joyce Jones of Tulare, CA.; his sisters, Dolores Borden of Tulare, Chiquita Borum of Tulare, CA., and Debby Spurling of Tulare, CA.; his sister in law, Jan Wilson of Arkansas; and fourteen grandchildren, (children of Kevin & Lisa Jones) are Cassidy, Jamin, Kelsey, Joey, and Rylin Jones; (children of Kimberly & Mike Moore) are Savannah, Karissa, Bryson, Brenna, Daniel, Tyler, and Nathan Moore; (children of Kari & Reggie Gierke) are Kylie and Braelynn Gierke. Graveside Services will be held on Thursday, August 27, 2015 at 9:00 a.m. at Clovis Cemetery (305 N. Villa Ave., Clovis, CA 93612). A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, August 27, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. at the G.L. Johnson Chapel at Peoples Church (7172 N. Cedar Ave., Fresno, CA 93720).
