Robert Barsoian was born on Dec. 6, 1949, to parents Leo and Pansy (Vartabedian) Barsoian. He went home to be with the Lord on Feb. 12, 2026. Bob attended Mayfair Elementary School, Yosemite Junior High School, Fresno High, and Fresno State. He worked most of his career at the Fresno County Assessor's Office, with cherished co-workers. Bob is survived by his wife of 53 years, Joy (Setrakian), son Joe and wife Lina, and daughter Darla and husband Sam Maggio. Grandchildren Joshua and Sophie Barsoian. Also Bob's sister and brother-in-law, Patti and Larry Lion; and brother-in-law Jim Setrakian. There are numerous nephews and nieces, and cousins. A private graveside service was held with immediate family. Donations may be made to Northwest Church in Bob's memory.
