Shirley Robertson, age 88, passed away peacefully on May 26, 2024. Born on August 2, 1935, in Kansas City, Kansas, to William and Ruby Tucker, Shirley lived a full and vibrant life marked by love and dedication to family and many friends.
Shirley was a well-loved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother. Her family was her pride and joy, and she cherished every moment spent with them. She leaves behind a legacy of love and generosity that will continue to inspire all who knew her.
Shirley worked as a homemaker and secretary for her husband's business for more than 25 years. She also had her own business as a Mary Kay consultant for 30 years. She took great pride in her work, helping countless individuals feel confident and beautiful. Her dedication and passion for her career were evident in everything she did and in her always beautiful appearance.
Shirley is survived by children Ruby LeRay Robertson, Debra Jean Crouch (Mike), Bobby Ray Robertson, Jr. (Shirley); grandchildren Jason Tatham (Kim), Eric Tatham (Cary), Danette Boling, Danny Vita (Nadine), Ryan Vita, Ashley Rooney (David), Chad Robertson (Sharon); great-grandchildren: Abigail and Colson Tatham, Lilly, Madison and Guliana Tatham, Daxton Tardif, Mason Vita, Marin Myers (Isaiah), Payton Vita, Brody Vita, Owen and Zac Rooney, James and Luke Robertson; great-great-grandchildren Harrison and Marigold Myers.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 46 years Bobby Ray Robertson, Sr., her second husband of 6 years Bob Price, parents William and Ruby Tucker, and brother David Tucker.
A Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, June 8, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at New Hope Community Church, 4620 Nees Ave, Clovis, CA 93611, Officiated by Pastor Tim McLean Rolan.
Shirley's smile, warmth, kindness, and generosity touched the lives of many, and she will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
