In Loving Memory

Tyler Lee Harris

Tyler Lee Harris passed away unexpectedly June 16th, 2019 at the young age of 28. He was a beloved son, brother, nephew, cousin and grandson. Tyler was born in Madera California on May 4th, 1991, the first born son of Maribel Gonzalez. Tyler was raised in Fresno, California.

He attended McCardle elementary school then Ahwahnee Middle School and earned his diploma from Fresno Unified school district. Tyler had many hopes and dreams and worked towards them up until the end. Tyler attended Kaplan College where he studied criminal justice and earned his associate of arts degree but it was his time spent with family where he realized his true passion.

It was helping out at his aunt Leticia Jones' beauty salon where he discovered his love of barbering. Tyler enrolled in Milan Institute of Cosmetology in February of 2018. Tyler had dreams of owning his own barber shop and was working towards achieving that dream. He was only weeks from getting his cosmetology license when he passed away.

Tyler was a lifelong fan of the Dallas Cowboys. He was a huge fan of pastor T.D. Jakes and would watch his televised ministries for hours on end. He loved spending time with his mother Maribel Gonzalez Sundays were dedicated to he and his mom. It was their special day alone. They would go and watch movies, shopping , eat or even visit local casinos. Maribel was very proud of her son Tyler. She supported all his endeavors and never gave up on him. Tyler loved his mom, his little brother Matthew and his entire family very much.

Tyler was dearly loved and is survived by his mother Maribel Gonzalez, his little brother Matthew Medina, his stepfather Ruben Medina; grandparents Vidal and Emma Gonzalez; aunts Roselina Martin (who was like a second mother) and her ex husband Robert Martin (a father figure and good influence in Tyler's life); Sandra Neal and husband Mark Neal; Leticia Jones and husband Shane Jones; Odessa Molina and husband Joe Molina; and Emma Gonzalez ; uncles, Vidal Jr.; Saul and wife Christina Gonzalez; Josue Gonzalez. "My heart will never be whole again
until by God's grace we meet
again."
